Anastasia Beverly Hills, Contour cream kit review // MostlyMilly

I'm incredibly lucky to be able to review the Anastasia Contour Cream Kit . My friend Kasia's incredibly cool mum bought her the light and medium kit as she wasn't sure what colour would be best for her. Kasia chose the light kit and I was lucky enough to be able to purchase the medium which I am completely in love with. This post will just be a general review as I've only had it for a few days but I shall do a more elaborate step by step post and tutorial later :)

The medium kit includes the 6 colours Banana, Cream, Warm Coral, Nude, Cinnamon and Chocolate. The colour difference between the light kit and this one is minor however if you're incredibly pale opt for waiting for the even lighter palette they're bringing out soon. The palette is $40 and you can get it from the Anastasia Beverly Hills website here x

The colours are on the warm side so it takes a little time to get used to and to make sure you don't appear orange, however once you've had a bit of practice you can easily work out which shades are best for you.

I've seen some reviews on this product that claim they don't blend as easily as they would have liked or imagined but for me I'm extremely impressed and happy with the blend ability. The texture is very creamy but not too sticky however I do feel I need powder afterwards to really set it all in place.

The pigmentation of these colours is amazing and they come out very rich and creamy.

All in all I am extremely excited and happy about this product and will definitely do you a more in depth tutorial on how I use it soon ;)
Thank you for reading x
